Our Prototypes
Discover how Junto developed from the first scratch paper prototype to the high-key prototype
We started our business with pencil & paper
For our first prototype we used the most basic and classic form of prototyping: The good old pencil & paper.
To get a rough idea about how our software could look like we imagined how the home screen of Junto would appear to the employee.
Picture this:
You are an employee working remotly for a big company. Being at home the whole time is not the perfect solution for you: You like that you can work more efficiently from home but at the same time your workday became very monotonous. You miss being outside and meet other people.
Luckily, your HR department just send you an email saying that there are free spots available in the company’s new “digital nomad program”. You are curious to know more about it and enter Junto for the first time…

The visualization of how Junto will work
The second prototype shows how we imagine that the platform will be used. We will create two different interfaces, one for the company and one for the employees.

The company interface will have the character of a controlling board. Here, everything can be personalized.
In a first step the company creates its own Junto profile. It decides:
1. Which destinations it wants to offer to its employees and
2. which additional services can be added on site (e.g., co-working spaces, yoga courses, language schools etc).
Once set up, the company can post "digital nomad programs" for which employees can apply internally.
The employee interface impresses with its clarity and ease of use. The employee has two options:
1. Apply for a "digital nomad program" posted by the company or
2. make a request for a "digital nomad program".
The big advantage of Junto is that all important aspects of the digital nomad experience are bundled on one platform. This makes the organization easy and efficient.
