Luna House

I led the innovation for the brand and marketing campaigns of the event. I managed and created content for the grand opening and future events.  

 

The Cowork and B&B concept had their grand opening Sunday, May 1st 2022. It is the perfect relaxing workation for digital nomads and remote workers looking for a retreat in the charming town of Cascais.

Brand

Luna House is a new and unique brand that promises premium cowork spaces and a bed & breakfast retreat.

Grand Opening Event 

The event was for the opening of the Luna House Cowork and B&B spaces. It was a fun luxury event with wines and a brunch provided from 11:00AM - 8:00PM, where the attendees stayed much later. This kick off event would create the first impression of the Luna House brand, and was important for providing a sneak peak of everything Luna House can offer. 


Event Campaign

1. Lead Generation

An event campaign was created using the online event company Shotgun, which provided tools to create and share RSVP links. Tickets were free and made for the purpose of collecting emails

The campaign allowed us to generate 60 emails and leads with the event website 'shot gun, which was the main event lead generator we utilised at the time. 

2. Sites posted on for leads 

Instagram: The Luna House (@lunahousehub) Instagram stories and posts were used to generate awareness of the event. 

Slack / Meetup: The Lisbon Digital Nomad group on Meetup.com, is very popular and currently has over 14 thousand subscribers. I found the slack link which had 1667 members at the time of the event, and 21 people from the Slack channel came! 

Facebook: The Cascais Expact group on Facebook was posted in.

Linkedin: Posted the campaign link to my own personal account for a business reach. 

WOM: The Shotgun campaign link was sent to all friends and family via Whatsapp & Telegram for more reach

Results: Instagram & Insta stories, was the most successful in generating RSVP ticket sales. The Slack channel (Lisbon digital nomad community), was the second-largest lead generation source. 

The Shotgun events website also provided tracking links for the campaign to show where most sales were coming from. 

Post Event Campaigns 

With the 60 email leads, it was possible to use this email list for future reccurring events and advertisements such as the Cowork spaces

The Cowork plans were branded based on the Luna House style guide and colours.

I created the design and payment links in order to send to leads.
